Refund policy

We love our customers just as much as we love our Crystal Eyes Silk Masks, so your satisfaction is our top priority.  

We take the quality of our products very seriously, our quality control has 3 point checks before an item makes it to the packaging phase and then further checks are carried out just before your mask makes its way to your loving home.

If however, you do happen to receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you after we have received the faulty or damaged item by traceable return post.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or return an item then unfortunately we can not accept returns for this reason, due to hygiene implications.  

Our products are made with the finest materials available and are all hand made in England, so you can rest assured you are receiving a gold standard product.
